Refunds and your licence
Everything you buy from Stream UI .fun comes with the 14-day Stream-Ready Promise and the Streamer Licence. Here’s the short, friendly version. The official wording is on the website, and that’s what counts:

The 14-day Stream-Ready Promise
Section titled “The 14-day Stream-Ready Promise”In the website’s own words:
If your product doesn’t work on your setup, tell us within 14 days of purchase. We’ll try to fix it first, usually within 24–48 hours. If we can’t get it working, you get a 100% refund through Gumroad.
Bought the wrong item or a duplicate? Tell us within 14 days and we’ll refund it or swap it.

How to ask for a refund
Section titled “How to ask for a refund”Email hello@streamui.fun with:
- your Gumroad receipt,
- your software (OBS, Streamlabs, StreamElements or other), and
- what’s going wrong.
We reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Gumroad. And if you’re thinking about a chargeback, please talk to us first: we’re fast.
What a refund means in the app
Section titled “What a refund means in the app”The licence ends for any product that’s refunded. So after a refund:
- Packs sold with a license key lock by themselves the next time the app checks with Gumroad (about once a week while you’re online). My purchases then says This purchase was refunded or charged back, so the pack is locked.
- Other packs don’t lock by themselves. Remove them in My purchases with the trash can, and take their elements out of your stream.
Your Streamer Licence
Section titled “Your Streamer Licence”Every purchase includes the Streamer Licence. It’s perpetual: you keep using what you bought, forever. Every download includes a LICENCE.txt file with the full text.

A few more notes from the licence page:
- Teams, agencies and organizations: using it across several talent channels needs a team licence. Email hello@streamui.fun.
- Credit: not required, but “Overlay by streamui.fun” in your panels makes our day.
- Fonts: fonts in previews and source files may carry their own licences. Each product’s What’s Included list names them.
Updates are free
Section titled “Updates are free”When we improve a product, Gumroad emails you and the new files appear in your Gumroad library, free, forever. In the app, the pack shows Update available in My purchases. See Update a pack.
Official files only
Section titled “Official files only”Official files come only from streamui.fun and the Stream UI .fun Gumroad store. A pack from anywhere else won’t unlock in the app.
