Supported platforms

You can add nine platforms to your channel. This page shows what to type for each one, whether the app can get your picture from it, and which count it has.

Platform What to type (example) Picture from it?
Twitch Your channel name. For twitch.tv/novabyte type novabyte Yes
YouTube Your @handle without the @. For youtube.com/@novabyte type novabyte Yes
TikTok Your username. For tiktok.com/@novabyte type novabyte Yes
Kick Your username. For kick.com/novabyte type novabyte Yes

Platform Count Can the app read it?
Twitch Followers Yes, exact
YouTube Subscribers Yes, rounded above 1,000 (About)
TikTok Followers Yes, big counts may be rounded (About)
Kick Followers Yes, exact
Instagram Followers Often blocked: type it in
X Followers Yes, exact
Facebook Followers Sometimes, may be rounded
Discord Members Yes, exact, with an invite link
Snapchat Subscribers Sometimes, rounded to about 100

A few things to know:

  • Twitch and Kick don’t share subscriber counts publicly, so the app only lists followers for them.
  • X: if X doesn’t answer, the app uses a saved copy that can be a few days old. The row then says Cached copy from ….
  • Discord: counts need an invite link. A server name can’t be read.
  • Snapchat: personal accounts and hidden counts show as hidden.

Any count can also be typed in by hand, on every platform. A count that someone has hidden on the platform can’t be read: type it in if you want to show it. See Show your real follower counts.

Under Where do you stream? you can pick Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Kick, Instagram, X or Facebook as your main platform. Discord and Snapchat can’t be your main platform: add them with Add more platforms, under Other platforms (leave empty to hide).

Get it from YouTube (or Twitch, TikTok, X, Kick) only gets the picture of your main platform. To use another platform’s picture instead:

  1. Under Where do you stream?, pick that platform and check its handle is in the box.
  2. Press Get it from …, then Use this picture.
  3. Pick your usual main platform again before you press Save. The picture stays.

Or just upload the picture. See Add your channel picture.

  • Type just the name. Not a link, and no @ (if you type one, the app removes it when you leave the box). Elements show your handle as you typed it, so a link would end up on your stream.
  • YouTube: use your handle, the name that starts with @ on your channel page, not your channel’s display name.
  • Discord: paste an invite link (or just its code), not your server’s name. In Discord, make an invite that never expires, so it keeps working on your elements.
  • Facebook: use your page name from the page’s address.
  • Handles can be up to 30 characters (Discord invite links up to 64).

The app only reads public counts, with no login, password or key. Only your handle is sent (for Discord, only the invite code).
